continental United States by providing the

1. Set-Up Services:
LinkSource Consultants LLC provides clients
with start-up services ranging from
developing business plans; including
proposal for staffing agency, residential
care, group home/assited living, psychiatric
rehabilitation program and out-patient
mental clinic. LinkSource also assist in the
registration and incorporation of
businesses, procurement of government
related documents, permits or licenses,
company set-up, assistance in locating and
working with local and international
professionals in tax, finance, shipping and
other needed services etc. if and when
required.
LinkSource also serve as registered agents
for foreign companies registered or desiring
to be US registered companies, we also
advise and help with business compliance;
that is maintaining requirements and
regulations imposed by states on registered
companies.
2. Site selection & Logistics: LinkSource
also assist investors in selecting the most
appropriate place to site their businesses
in Africa or the United State and also in
logistics involving equipment and
operations.
3. Visit facilitation and Corporate Security
during visit: LinkSource assist our clients
to arrange all travel and security
requirements of high-level business
delegations. If required, we meet planes on
arrival; arrange ground transportation and
lodging, set up meetings with business
government and contacts, provide language
translations and interpretations, and attend
to any follow-up needs after the departure
of the delegation.
