Our Mission is to provide clients with a complete range of services and solutions and act as a one-stop center for their current and future investment plans in Africa and the United States of America. We will research, analyze, interpret and provide our clients with social, political, business, procedural, economic and technical information relevant to their investment plans upon specific commission. We will further assist their registration, licensing, personnel, transportation, and housing drives, if so desired.

Our professional goal is to make available and use the knowledge, experience, expertise and resources of our principal officers, staff and advisors to assist willing investors to effectively pursue and realize their investment dreams in any part of Africa and the United States.

Our business goal is to provide effective service throughout the United States and in the entire African continent where at present we have a presence in Ghana and Nigeria.

 

Our Team

Fadeyi John K (LLB, LLM, ACIArb): CEO

Fadeyi was a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He practiced law in Lagos and Ibadan Nigeria, between 1993 and 2003 before leaving for United States. His areas of concentration are commercial law, arbitration and real and personal property law. He is a contributor to DeWitty on Dietary Supplement Law Manual of Dietary Supplement, Herbal Remedy and Traditional Medicine Regulation a manual which reviews dietary supplement changing law and regulations particularly in the United States and select international jurisdictions. Anan Ayibotele (B.A., M.B.A): V.P. Finance/CFO

Ayibotele was Finance Director of Council Investments Ghana Limited, a Holding company with controlling interest in Pace Car Rental and Spacets Ghana Ltd, a prospective real estate company. He has a B.A in Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana, Legon and an M.B.A from the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. Mr. Anan experience includes negotiating short to medium-term financing and has worked with institutions like Dresdner Bank Germany and Mercantile bank USA. In 2004, he was analyst for the team of consultants working on the 51 acre bid for Henryton Centre in the State of Maryland from the State.





Oyeyemi Omotoso (B.A., M.A): V.P. Administration.

Oyeyemi Omotoso spent many years in Educational Administration and Planning. He is a writer, author and poet. He is presently engaged and experienced in the finance sector of the United States market economy. His area of concentration is residential and commercial mortgage brokerage. He operates in Texas. Mr. Omotoso has a B.A. [Ed.] degree in History from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and M.A. in Communications & Language Arts from the University of Ibadan. Both colleges are in Nigeria.



Morad Eghbal: General Advisory Partner

Professor Eghbal teaches Law and is Director of the LL.M. degree program in the School of in Law of the United States at the University of Baltimore. His area of expertise includes foreign entity rules and practices in the context of domestic and international inter-firm agreements, and customs and tariffs and their impact on international and regional agreements. Previously, Professor Eghbal was an associate at the law offices of former state senator, Omer L. Rains, in Sacramento, California, where his assignments involved international banking and finance, U.S.-China trade relations, and European Community law.



Robert Dewitty: General Advisor, Patents and Asian Affairs

Robert M. Dewitty Esq. is a U.S. attorney licensed before the Courts of Appeals of the State of Maryland, and a licensed patent attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His education includes a J.D. from the University of Baltimore, School of Law, and studying Chinese patent law and technology transfer at City University of Hong Kong. His practice focuses on prosecuting patents and trademarks, and presenting new dietary supplements before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He is author of Selling Power! (The Guide to Understanding Trade Marks) and DeWitty on Dietary Supplement Law Manual of Dietary Supplement, Herbal Remedy and Traditional Medicine Regulation, also called The Orange Book. Bimbo Alagbe (B.A., M.A.,) mnipr: Advisor, Nigeria

Bimbo Alagbe is a distinguished scholar and professional. He is top management in the hospitality industry and has extensive professional experience in general communication, image management, advocacy, liaison duties, government relations, media relations, public and private sector relations, working with NGOs, governments and international communities, management reporting, training, staff supervision, campaigns, marketing, distribution, publicity, advertising, and events management. He holds a B.A. in Education and M.A. in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan. He is member and officer of many national professional bodies in Nigeria.
